Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Khoya- 250- gms
  2. Maida- 5- tbsp
  3. Water- 250- ml
  4. Oil- 250- ml
  5. Almonds- 2- tbsp
  6. Baking soda - 1- tsp

Instructions

  1. 1.knead khoya,all purpose flour,baking soda until it forms a light dough,you can add milk while kneading if the dough becomes dry.
  2. 2.Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. 3.In a pan add sugar and water,let simmer till it gets 1thread consistency or sticky. Add cardamom powder once it's done.
  4. 4.Make a small balls of the dough and fry it in oil/ghee/dalda in low flame.Keep stirring it so that it is evenly fried.
  5. 5.4dd the fried jamun balls in the sugar syrup.let it rest for 2hours.
  6. 6.Garnish it with silvered almonds. Serve chilled :blush:
