Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoe cubes 1cup.
  2. Beans 1 cup.
  3. Cauliflower florets 1cup.
  4. Capsicum cubes 1/2cup.
  5. Peas 1cup.
  6. Salt .1table spoon.
  7. Chopped ginger 1tea spoon .
  8. Chopped garlic 1tea spoon.tomato puree 1cup.
  9. Schezwan sauce.2table spoon.
  10. Brown sugar 1tea spoon.

Instructions

  1. Blanch all the vegetables for 2minutes exept capsicum.
  2. Heat a wok.add ginger garlic and dry roast for 1minute on low flame .
  3. A allthe vegetables and salt .toss on high flame.
  4. Simmer the flame add tomatoe puree ,cover and cook on low flame for 5minutes.
  5. Add schezwan sauce .mix well .cook for 1minute.
  6. Serve with boiled rice.
