Chur mur....a perfect Bengal street snAck made with left over pani puri papdi. I had so many papdis left with me, no body was eating with dahi, so i finished them using this method, believe me it was perfect

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled potato....2
  2. Papdi....4
  3. Salt, black pepper powder to taste
  4. Red chilly powder....1 pinch
  5. Roasted cumin seed powder....1 tea spoon
  6. Tamarind....1 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Soak tamarind in 2 table spoon Luke warm water for 1 hour.
  2. If the left over papdis are not crisp, microwave for 1 minute and it will be crisp after some time
  3. Mash the tamarind and take out seeds and you will have thick tamarind pulp
  4. Chop potatoes in small discs and mix salt, masalas , tamarind pulp in it and mix nicely
  5. Put in the serving bowl and add broken papdi
  6. Serve immediately otherwise crispness of.papdi will not be there
