Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. Green chillies 5
  3. Red chillies 5
  4. onion big 1
  5. jeera 2 tbsp
  6. salt as per taste
  7. water a little
  8. Rice flour 2 spoons
  9. hing 1 tsp
  10. oil 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 30 mins in water .. if you are not having much time then you can soak in hot water too
  2. Grind soaked moong dal, green chillies, onions, red chillies, salt, jeera , rice flour and hing by adding a little bit of water
  3. Now take tawa and make a dosa with the moong dal batter and close with a lid for 2 mins
  4. Now take the lid and flip the dosa..
  5. Moong dal dosa is ready for serving. It tastes good with hot steamed rice and ghee.
