ABOUT Mughlai mutton RECIPE

At the time of festival, we try alot of dishes for family members. We all wants not to let them eat very spicy food that's why I decided to cook a delicious variety of mutton. Hope you enjoy this recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mutton 750 gm
  2. Onion 2
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  4. Dessicated coconut 1 tablespoon
  5. Almond 7-8
  6. Curd 200 gm
  7. Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  8. Black pepper corn 8-10
  9. Cumin 1 teaspoon
  10. Black cardamom half
  11. Mace 2 pinch
  12. Dry red chillies 4
  13. Green cardamom 3
  14. Cinnamon Stick 1
  15. Clove 3
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Oil 2 cup
  18. Fewdrops dabour kewra water

Instructions

  1. Roast coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper corn,, mace, clove, cardamomson a tawa.
  2. Now roast coconut and almond.
  3. At last roast dry red chillies very lightly.
  4. Peel and cut the onion slice very finely and fry in golden colour.
  5. Take curd according to measuring.
  6. Make a fine powder of all the roasted ingredients and after that, add curd and make a fine paste of it.
  7. Take a pressure cooker, heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and sautè it.
  8. After that add mutton, fry onion and and roasted masala and curd paste.
  9. Mix well with spoon and add salt. Add 2 cup water and cover the lid of the presaure cooker.
  10. Take 2 whistle on high flame and then keep on 10 minutes on low flame.
  11. When mutton is cooked, dry the extra gravy.
  12. Take out in a bowl, garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
  13. Serve hot with chapati or pulav and salad.
