Mangodi made with urad and moong dhuli daal is commonly made in my kitchen and the left overs are consumed in gravy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mangodi....16
  2. Besan...1 table spoon
  3. Oil ...1 tea spoon
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. tomatoes....2
  6. Ginger 1" piece
  7. Curd...1 tea spoon
  8. Garam masala....1/4 tea spoon
  9. Coriander powder...1 tea spoon
  10. Turmeric powder. ...1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Dry roast besan in a woke, when light brown add oil
  2. Grind tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and add this puree to besan
  3. Whisk dahi and add to tomato puree with salt and all masala and saute till dry
  4. Add 4 cups of water and let it boil.
  5. Add mango did and keep covered for some time
  6. Enjoy
