  1. IN 1/2KG CHICKEN ADD SALT, 2SPN G.G PASTE AND 2TBLSPN CHILLI POWDER
  2. MIX WELL ND MALRINALTE IT FOR 30MINS
  3. HEAT A PAN ADD 2TBLSPN COCONUT OIL AND 2TBLSPN GINGELLY OIL, HEAT IT
  4. ADD 2INCH CINNAMON AND 1 OR 2 CHILLI, SOME ONION IN OIL
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND 1TBLSPN G.G PASTE AND SAUTE WELL
  6. ADD 2THINLY SLICED ONION AND SALT AND COOK IT
  7. WHEN ONION TURNS TRANSCULENT ADD 2SLICED TOMATO AND 2TBLSPN CHILLI POWDER
  8. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 10MINS
  9. NEXT ADD MARINADE CHICKEN AND COOK
  10. ADD 1/4CUP WATER AND MIX WELL, COOK FOR 15MINS
  11. WHEN WATER COMES TO DRY ADD 2SPN PEPPER POWDER AND MIX WELL
  12. WHEN OIL COMES OUT ADD A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE
