Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Big brinjal 2
  2. For temper
  3. Onion 1 optional
  4. Channa dal 2 spoons
  5. Urad dal 2 spoons
  6. Green chillies 3
  7. Red chilies 2
  8. Oil 3 tbsp
  9. Curry leaves 1 patta
  10. Salt for taste
  11. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp optional

Instructions

  1. Pork the brinjal with a knife or fork . Apply oil to brinjal and roast it directly on the flame If you are not using gas stove then you can make them broil until the outer surface turns into black and burnt
  2. After broil keep it aside until it gets cooles
  3. Take a pan and add 3 tbsp of oil and roast all the ingredients under temper one by one .. Once the brinjal gets cooled peel it and add the mushy brinjal in to the pan Add salt and mix .. ready to serve with rice
  4. For garnishing you can add coriander leaves optional
