ABOUT Roti chilla RECIPE

It is a very tasty , delicious and quick receipe made from leftover roti. It tastes just like omelate.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roti - 4
  2. Besan - 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped Onion - 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped Capsicum - 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
  6. Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Coriander and cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
  12. salt - 1/2 tsp
  13. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl take all the ingredients except roti and oil. Mix it well.
  2. Add required water to make batter. Batter should not be very thin not very thick.
  3. On a hot Tawa put roti and spread 3 teaspoon of batter.
  4. Turn the roti and spread 3 tsp of batter on other side.
  5. Pour 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry it from both the sides.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
