hara bhara kebbab using leftover boiled spinach and potatoes

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. leftover boiled spinach as much as you have
  2. boiled potatoes 1 or 2
  3. Boiled peas half cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Green chillies chopped
  6. Capsicum 1 cup
  7. carrots half cup
  8. beans blanched 1 cup
  9. Panner half cup
  10. bread crumbs to your need
  11. rosted gram flour
  12. Salt to taste
  13. garam masala as per your taste
  14. red chillies powder half tbsp
  15. oil to shallow fry or deep fry

Instructions

  1. take a grinder jar add blanched spinach , peas , beans,capsicum,carrots,greenchilliesand grind well
  2. take a pan rost some gram flour once it turns a slight brown in colour add the grinded mixture , potatoes,spices,breadcrumbs,panner and mix well
  3. take a small amount of mixture and make tikki shape out of it and shallow or deep fry
  4. serve hot with mint curd chutney
