Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Black eyed beans (lobia) 1cup.
  2. cucumber 1no.
  3. tomato 1no.
  4. onion 1/2.
  5. Rock salt 1tea spoon .
  6. lemon juice 1table spoon.
  7. cumin powder 1/2tea spoon .
  8. Chopped green chillies 2nos.


  1. Wash and boil lobia for 3_4minutes in pressure cooker.discard water and kerp aside.
  2. Cut cucumber ,tomato,onion in thin slices .put them in a bowl add lobia ,add salt,and spices .pour lemon juice.
  3. You may arrange the ingredient in different way also ,as i have done.apply salt and lemon juice.
  4. Serve.
