Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over aloo matar subji 1 bowl
  2. Chopped carrots 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped capsicum 1 tbsp
  4. Chopped cabbage 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped Coriander 1/2 tbsp
  6. Chat Masala 1/2 sp
  7. Pinch of Haldi powder
  8. Red chili powder 1 sp
  9. Garam Masala 1/2 sp
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. Pomegranate seed 2 tbsp
  12. Corn flour 1 sp
  13. Mainda 1 sp
  14. Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
  15. Oil 3 tbsp
  16. Mayo and tomato sauce 1/2 bowl

Instructions

  1. 1 ~ Take a one bowl. add left over aloo matar sabji.
  2. 2 ~ Bowl in which you have aloo matar sabji add vegetable and spices. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. 3 ~Take a silicon rose shape mould.add a sabji mixture in it. then unmould the mixture.you will get shape of Ross Tikki.
  4. 4 ~ Take a another bowl add corn flour , maida , water mix together and make smooth paste.
  5. 5 ~ cot these Tikki maida and corn flour smooth paste and then into bread Crumbs.
  6. 6 ~ heat the pa, add the oil.Shallow fry the Rose Tikki.
  7. 7 ~ Place the Rose Tikki in a serving dish. Garnish with mayo deep, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
