Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1,1/2 cup leftover rice or pulao
  2. 2 fish fillets , wash and clean
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 tbs corn flour
  5. 2 tbs bread crumbs
  6. 2 tbs lime juice
  7. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tbs garlic and ginger paste
  9. 1 tbs black pepper powder
  10. 1 tbs chat masala
  11. 1 tbs red chili flakes
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In food processor add rice , fish fillets,and all spices and make a fine paste.
  2. Shape the flattened balls or kababs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs.
  4. serve and enjoy.
