Ingredients Serving: 4
2 cups maida
Salt to taste
2 carrots chopped
2 capsicum chopped
1 /2 cabbage chopped
1tsp pepper
1tsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp oil
Oil for frying
1 tsp oil
8 to10 garlic pods chopped
Salt to taste
1tsp pepper
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
1 bunch spring onions chopped
Instructions
In a bowl add maida, salt, oil and make a dough with the help of warm water & wrap it up with muslin cloth for 4 hours.
Then in a Kadai add oil fry carrots, capsicum, cabbage, spring onions, add salt, pepper and white pepper mix well till soft then add the sauces - chilli sauce, soya sauce mix well and keep it aside to cool.
Then take a dough roll out in the shape of a roti and divide into half & half.
Then take a small portion of it, add the stuffing inside and give it a shape and make one by one. Place it in plate and refrigerate it.
Then later deep fry it.
In another Kadai, add 1 tsp oil, add chopped garlic, green chillies fry well then add spring onions, then add the paste (cornflour, water, salt, pepper, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce ) keep stirring till it becomes thick and turn off the gas .
Serve wontons with this sauce.

Giving the shape is particularly tough in this regard, you have managed it beautifully :)
