Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Pudina chopped 2 tbsp
  3. Ajwain 1 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Oil 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  9. Corinader powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Water knead dough
  11. Butter 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a dough
  2. Make prantha and apply butter or ghee on both sides
  3. Serve hot with butter
