ABOUT Rice Stuffed Parantha RECIPE

#leftoverkaMakeover. As I was having leftover boiled rice so I made parantha from it.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl left over boiled rice
  2. 1 bowl wgeat flour dough
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tspn red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspn garam masala
  6. 1/2 tspn jeera
  7. 1/2 tspn hing
  8. 1 tblspn ghee
  9. 2 tblspn oil for brushing

Instructions

  1. Take a kadai and heat it.
  2. Put 1 tblspn ghee in it.
  3. Now add hing and jeera in it.
  4. Now put all the left over rice in it.
  5. And add all the dry spice ingredients to it.
  6. Now mix it very well so that the masalas are combined to rice properly.
  7. Switch off the flame.
  8. Let it cool down down.
  9. Now make little big balls of the dough.
  10. Take one ball and make roti of it.
  11. Now take two scoops of rice and stuff it in the Roti.
  12. Make again Roti of it.
  13. Flip it and brush it with oil on both the sides of the roti
  14. Now when it starts getting brown and crisp from both the sides then transfer it to the plate.
  15. Our leftover Rice Parantha is ready to serve.
  16. Make all paranthas like this.
  17. Serve this rice parantha with Chutney, butter, curd or pickle.
  18. It's your choice.
