Maa Laddoo

Ingredients to make Maa Laddoo

  • 100 g chutney dal
  • 100 g sugar
  • A pinch elachi powder
  • Frw tbsp ghee

How to make Maa Laddoo

  1. IN THE MEASURE CUP I HAVE ADDED 100G CHUTNEY DAL ( POTU KADALAI ) AND 100 G SUGAR.
  2. THE CONTENTS ARE POWDERED, FINEPOWDERS ARE PREFERED THAN COARSE GRINDING. DO NOT SIEVE. ADD ELACHI.
  3. HEAT FEW TBSP GHEE IN A WIDE WOK, AND THE POWDER LITTLE BY LITTLE.
  4. FRY THEM. KEEP ADDING ALL THE POWDER.
  5. WAIT UNTIL NICE AROMA ARISES FEOM POWDER. SWITCH OFF THE STOVE.
  6. TRANSFER THE CONTENTS TO A PLATE.
  7. IN THE SAME HEAT ITSELF , MAKE FINE BALLS.
  8. THE BALLS ARE TIGHT AND DO NOT FALL OFF. CAM ADD MORE HEATED GHEE IN CASE YOUR BALLS ARE NOT FIRM.
  9. LIKEWISE, CAN MAKE APPROXIMATELY 5-6 BALLS FROM THE MEASURE I HAVE TAKEN HERE. THEY ARE YUMMY.
