Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Boneless chicken - 200 gm
  2. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  3. Salt
  4. Garlic pod 3 to 4
  5. Large onion 1
  6. Green chilli 2
  7. Small grated potato 1
  8. Maida - 5 to 6 tbsp
  9. Egg 2
  10. Milk 3/4 cup
  11. Water
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken in small pieces and boil along with chopped garlic, red chilli powder, salt with little water and give one whistle.
  2. In a pan, add oil for deep frying. Leave it to get hot.
  3. When the pressure is over and all the ingredients cools down, add maida, egg, chopped green chilli, grated potato, roughly chopped onion and milk.
  4. In the batter add 2 tsp of the oil that is getting heated for frying. Mix all and leave it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Now make ball or any other shape of your choice and deep fry the same.
  6. Serve hot with sauce or chutney of your choice.
