I made this kheer with the leftover Motichur ke ladoo.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Motichur Ladoo – 3
  2. Milk – 3 Cups
  3. Saffron Strands – Few (soaked in 2 tablespoon of warm milk)
  4. Almonds – 8 to 10
  5. Cashews – 8 to 10
  6. Sugar – 3 tablespoon or as required
  7. Green Cardamom Powder – ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat milk at medium flame for 10 minutes. Stir it continuously.
  2. Take ladoos and break them gently with the help of a fork.
  3. After milk has been boiled for 10 minutes, add ladoos and saffron milk. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
  4. Now add sugar and green cardamom powder. Stir and cook for 4 to 5 minutes more. Switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish with the chopped almonds and cashews and serve warm or chilled.
