ABOUT Veg Noodle Fritters RECIPE

I made this recipe with the leftover maggi noodles. This recipe is perfect for a rainy day snack.

Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. Cooked Maggi – 1 cup
  2. Carrot – 1 (chopped)
  3. Capsicum – 1 (chopped)
  4. Onion – 1 (chopped)
  5. Green Chillies – 2 (chopped)
  6. Fresh Coriander Leaves – 3 tablespoon (chopped)
  7. Cabbage – 3 tablespoon (shredded)
  8. Gram Flour – 1/2 Cup
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Oil – to deep fry

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all the vegetables, salt and gram flour. Dry mix them with a spoon.
  2. Now add maggi and mix with the vegetables till it becomes sticky and thick mix. (if required, add few drops of water)
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Scoop out a spoonful of noodle mix and gently shape it into a fritter and drop carefully in hot oil.
  4. Fry fritters until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  6. Repeat the process to make more fritters.
  7. Serve hot with coriander and mint chutney or ketchup.
