Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Drumstick leaves - one bunch
  2. Chana Dal - 1 tablespoon
  3. Urad dal 1 tablespoon
  4. Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoon
  5. Groundnuts 1 tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  7. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  8. Salt as required
  9. Red chillies 10
  10. curry leaves 1 string

Instructions

  1. Heat pan and add washed, dried drumstick leaves and curry leaves. Roast untill it becomes dry.
  2. Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool.
  3. Meanwhile dry roast chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds, groundnuts, cumin seeds, pepper, red chillies in a pan.
  4. Transfer everything into a mixie jar and add required amount of salt. Grind it to a coarse powder.
  5. Store it in a air tight container or a glass jar.
