Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups of almond milk
  2. 1 cup frozen or fresh berries( I used blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 4tbsps of Quaker 1 minute oats
  5. 2 tbsps of chia seeds
  6. 1/2 cup of spinach or kale (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend smoothly
  2. Serve immediately with nuts topping
