Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Leftover rotis 5-6
  2. Oil 3 teaspoon
  3. Raw peanuts 2 tablespoon
  4. Roasted Bengal gram 3 tablespoon
  5. Few curry leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Red chili powder 1 tablespoon
  9. Powdered sugar 2 teaspoon
  10. Sev 1/2 cup or as per taste

Instructions

  1. Roast left over roti on tawa at low flame by using cloth and make khakhra.
  2. Crush roti-khakhra with hand.
  3. In a pan heat oil.
  4. When heated, add peanuts, roasted Bengal gram and curry leaves. Saute till golden brown.
  5. Add crushed roti-khakhra.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  7. Mix well and roast for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Off the flame and add powdered sugar. Mix well.
  9. Allow it to cool down. Then add Sev. Mix well and store in airtight container.
