Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For nachos:
  2. 3 leftover roti
  3. Oil for fry
  4. Ready-made tacos masala
  5. For tomato salsa:
  6. 3 tomatoes fine chopped
  7. 1 green capsicum fine chopped
  8. 1 onion fine chopped
  9. 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  10. 2 to 3 garlic fine chopped
  11. 1 green chili fine chopped
  12. 1 ts suger
  13. 2 ts lime juice
  14. 1 tsp olive oil
  15. Salt as par taste
  16. For corn salad:
  17. 1/ cup boiled corn
  18. 1/4 cup green capsicum
  19. 1/4 cup tomato
  20. Salt and pepper as par taste
  21. Few leaves of fresh coriender

Instructions

  1. Cut leftover roties into triangle shape. and fry in oil. Sprinkle some ready made tacos masala.and prepare nachos.
  2. For making tomato salsa:
  3. Mix all the ingredients in the mixer jar and blend coarsely( do not blend gravy) transform in to bowl and serve.
  4. For corn salad:
  5. Mix all the ingredients of salads and prepare salad.
  6. Serve roti nachos with tomato salsa and corn salad.
