Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over rice 1 bowl
  2. Suji 1 bowl
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Vegetable chopped 1 bowl ( capsicum , carrots, tomato , boil potato )
  5. Paneer 100 gm small pics
  6. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  7. Peri Peri Masala 1 tbsp
  8. Butter milk 1 bowl
  9. Cheese 200 gm
  10. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1 ~Take a one bowl add left over Rice.
  2. 2 ~ in mixture grinder add left over Rice , Suji, salt and buttermilk grined it & to make a smooth batter shown as in the below picture.
  3. 3 ~Heat the pan . Spread the batter on the pan .put the vegetable over the batter.sprinkle Peri Peri Masala, red chili powder and salt as per taste.let it cook 5 -7 minutes.at Last greated the cheese on the uttapam .cook the cheese until the melted.
  4. 4 ~ it is read to serve .Now serve the uttapam with ketchup.
