Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg potatoes, boiled and then peeled and mashed
  2. 4 medium sized capsicums with square bottom, so that they rest well on the plate to be steamed
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Ginger 1 inch, long finely julienned
  6. 1 medium sized carrot, cut into tiny cubes
  7. 1/2 cup fresh green peas
  8. Garam Masala
  9. 2-3 garlic pods for flavour, optional
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 cup of cubed paneer, shallow fried
  12. Roasted jeera powder

Instructions

  1. First cut the stalk portion in the form of a lid and keep it aside. Remove the seed and soak the capsicums in salt water just until you prepare the filling. cubes mix well Now fill the capcicum after shaking off all the water with the potato paneer,
  2. Now to the mashed potato add the rest of the ingredients like carrot, peas, garam masala, roasted jeera, etc. Chop the coriander leaves and add it. Stir everything well and lastly add the paneer cubes.
  3. Stir carefully and fill the capsicum up to the brim, top it with some grated cheese of your choice. Place the lid and cook in the micro wave in high and allow the cheese to melt.
  4. Arrange the stuffed capsicum in a rectangular tray filled with little water at the bottom.
  5. Serve with phulka or eat it with sauce.
