Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover rice 2 cups
  2. Mustard seeds 1 spoon
  3. Green chillies 4-5
  4. Salt as required
  5. Onions 1 cup
  6. Curry leaves 4-5
  7. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  8. Hing 1 spoon
  9. turmeric powder 1 spoon
  10. Oil 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil then add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric powder, green chillies, onions curry leaves, , leftover rice, salt, and mix well.
  2. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
