Had 2 liters whey confused how to use .a mind blowing idea clicked in my mind got a main course recipe for my evening guests.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Whey (spoiled milk) 2 liters
  2. oil 2 table spoon
  3. Salt 1 tea spoon
  4. onion 3 numbers
  5. tomato 3 numbers
  6. garlic cloves 8 numbers
  7. chilli 3 numbers
  8. ginger 1"
  9. Chiili pwd 1/2tea spoon
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tea spoon
  11. Turmeric 1/2 tea spoon
  12. cumin seeds 1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Strain whey with a help of muslin cloth.
  2. Blend onion tomato chilli ginger n garlic Heat oil in a work. Put paste in it. Stir fry for 5 minutes. As the paste becomes dry add dry spices. Now add mased cheese which strained. Mix well Serve hot with flat bread

  6. Mixing all ingredients
