ABOUT IDLI PAKORA WITH LEFTOVER IDLI RECIPE

Idli is very popular south indian dish. Generally it is served with chutney and sambar, I changed the flavour of idli turn into pakora

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. small Idlis - 25 pieces
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  4. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  5. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  6. 1/2 tsp mango powder
  7. salt to taste
  8. oil to fry
  9. tomato ketchup
  10. green chutney

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter with gram flour, coriander powder, garam masala chili powder salt and water.
  2. Heat oil . Now dip the small idlies in the batter and fry in oil till it is golden and crisp. (you can use regular idli also)
  3. serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
  4. it very tasty outer crisipy and soft from insider
