ABOUT Doodhi Jawe RECIPE

Jawe is raw material prepared with refined flour. You can buy from market, called vermicilli. Jawe are made with milk and tastes delicious. You can make them for you kids in evening or in dinner as sweet dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicilli 1 Bowl
  2. Sugar 1/2 bowl
  3. Full cream milk 1 kg
  4. Dry fruits

Instructions

  1. Dry roaat vermicilly low flame untill turns in to golden brown.. While roasting stir them continuously.
  2. Add 2 bowl water and cook them. It should be soft. You can take a whistle in cooker.
  3. After boiling vermicilly, let them little bit cool. Add milk slowly slowly. Continuously stir while adding milk. Milk shouldn't be chilled. It can spoil your dish.
  4. Make the milk thick like kheer.
  5. Add sugar and mix it properly and dissolve it in vermicilli.
  6. After adding sugar, it will be liquid. So again thick the milk.
  7. Off the flame. Let it cool. You can serve it cool and hot. If you like chilled keep them in fridge. While serving garnish with dry fruits.
