Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4-5 idli(leftover)
  2. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  3. 1 tsp curry leaves
  4. 1 tsp grated coconut
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. A pinch of red chili powder (optional)
  7. Oil 2-3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Chhoped idli in small pieces
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it splutter add curry leaves, chhoped idli add salt a pinch of red chili powder salt and fry it 5-7 minute till golden transfer it on a plate
  3. And garnish with fresh coconut grated and serve it
