ABOUT Little petals RECIPE

Left over atta dough is made into thin rolls . The rolls are made into circles and shaped into petals. These are then deep fried in ghee and coated with sugar to create an awesome snack

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Left over atta dough 1 ball
  2. Ghee for frying
  3. Powdered sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roll the leftover atta into 1/2 cm roll
  2. Rotate it in a circular manner to form a tight circle
  3. Gently press to form the desired shape
  4. Heat ghee and fry on a low medium flame till golden brown. Remove on an absorbent paper
  5. Coat with sugar
