ABOUT Boiled Rice Dosa RECIPE

This dish is made with Leftover boiled rice which is very common in all house hold. A simple recipe and can be done very quickly.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Leftover boiled rice 1cup
  2. Coconut grated 1cup
  3. Chopped ginger 1/4tsp
  4. Chopped green chillies 1/4tsp
  5. Peanuts 2tsp
  6. Cumin seeds 1/4tsp
  7. Oil 1tbs
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and mix everything altogether.
  2. Grind to a fine paste using a little water.
  3. Make it a thin batter adding a little water.
  4. Heat tawa, put some oil and spread a ladle of the mixture on to it
  5. Spread it like a dosa.
  6. Turn it when cooked from one side.
  7. Cook from both sides
  8. Serve hot with any vegetables, ketch up or chutney.
