Crisp dosa made up of left over jeera rice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over jeera rice....2 cups
  2. Rice flour....1 table spoon
  3. Cornflour...1 tea spoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil to roast on tawa

Instructions

  1. Except oil, put everything in a mixie jar, grind it with the help of little water
  2. Give it rest of some time
  3. Make thin dosa on non stick tawa using little oil, flip and cook it both sides to make it crisp
  4. Enjoy crisp crisp
