ABOUT Leftover Tomato Curry Cheddar Penne Pasta RECIPE

A lovely makeover with leftover curry in a dish that is practically loved by almost all of us. Cheese pasta is a comfort food of all times for me and i always whip up something exciting everytime. This time i have an idea that popped into my mind all pretty instantly looking at the leftover tomato curry. This penne pasta is a bit tangy and cheesy at the same time giving rise to a lovely flavourful pasta recipe. You can make this with any variety of pasta or spaghetti too. Enjoy!

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Leftover tomato curry 3/4 cup
  2. Penne pasta 1 1/2 cups
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli flakes 1 tbsp (or more if desired)
  6. Cheddar cheese slices 10
  7. Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  8. parsley chopped 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta with a tablespoon of olive oil or any cooking oil along with salt according to taste.
  2. Drain and keep aside.
  3. Add leftover tomato curry to a pan.
  4. Let it heat up and come to a boil.
  5. Now add cheddar cheese slices into it and mix.
  6. Now quickly stir in the cooked pasta too with little bit of chopped parsley.
  7. Mix well and that's it.
  8. Sprinkle red chilli flakes and Italian seasoning as desired on top.
  9. Serve immediately. Piping hot curry flavoured cheese pasta is a divine comfort food by all means. Trust me friends! Enjoy!
