Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cup full of left over teyhari ,2tbsp onion chopped finely ,2tbsp tomatoes finely chopped ,1tsp coriander leaf finely chopped ,2 green chilli finely chopped ,1tsp oregano ,salt according to taste ,2tbsp mozerella cheese grated , cornflour and rice flour in equal guanity for binding 2tbsp each if required we can add more. And teyhari all ready have cooked vegetables in it and 1cup flavoured bread crumbs and vegetable oil for frying.1 small cup mayonnaise and tamatoes ketchup for a dip

Instructions

  1. Firstly we have to mix chopped onions tomatoes coriander leaves green chilli all with cooked leftover teyhari now add grated cheese and then add little by little corn flour and rice flour for binding add water if required.
  2. Now take bread crumbs in a different bowl and add red chilli powder salt and oregano keep aside our flavoured bread crumbs now give small ball like shape to the mixture of teyhari and coat with flavoured bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry it till golden drain in a absorbent paper and garnish with onion roundel mayonnaise and ketchup dip with a sprig of coriander leaf .Our leftover teyhari arancini is ready to serve.
