Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup cooked rice(leftover)
  2. 1 cup pattato veggies (aloo ki sabji leftover, sukhi sabji)
  3. 1/2 cup finely chhoped onion
  4. 1 cup bread crumbs
  5. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Grated ginger 1/2 tsp
  8. Garlic finely chhoped 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chili powder a pinch (optional)
  10. Oil for deep frying
  11. 1 tbsp chhoped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl add cooked rice, sabji and mash it nicely then it will lumps free add onion, ginger, garlic, Red chili powder, garam masala salt bread crumbs, coriander leaves and mix it
  2. Now grease your palm with a little bit oil and make cutlet shape as you desire
  3. Then on the flame and keep a deep pan pour the oil for deep frying when it will be heat it
  4. Fry the cutlet till golden brown both side on high medium flame
  5. And keep it on absorvent paper on plate for remove access oil and serve it with ketchup or chutney
