Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 750g goat meat small pieces ( clean and wash properly)
  2. 2 medium onion slices
  3. 6 red whole chili
  4. 1 tsp green chili paste
  5. 2 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tbs cumin seeds
  9. 2 tbs coriander seeds crushed
  10. 4 cloves
  11. 5 black pepper cone
  12. 3 small cinnamon sticks
  13. 4 green cardamom
  14. 1 black cardamom
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  17. 1tbs ginger chopped
  18. 1 tbs garlic chopped
  19. 3 tbs chopped mint leaves
  20. 3 tbs oil for cooking
  21. For garnish =
  22. 2 medium size potatoes ( remove skin and cut strips,and fry it
  23. 1 big size tomatoe ,cut round slice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, whole garam masala,whole red chili.
  2. After add onions,fry till soft.
  3. Add ginger garlic and saute 1 minute,then add green paste and spices,and mint leaves,mix well.
  4. Add mutton, saute 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. After add 1,1/2 glasses of water.
  6. Cover and cook on medium heat until all water is dry and mutton tender properly.
  7. In between if need water, add it.
  8. Mutton cooked properly but it have water, then cook on high flame without cover.
  9. when all water absorbs and oil come side than turn off the flame.
  10. After garnish with fries and tomato slices,serve with naan or rice.
