Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover rava upma 1 cup
  2. Rice 1 cup
  3. Oats 1 cup
  4. Ginger 1"
  5. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  6. French beans chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  8. Grated coconut 1/2 cup
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water 2 -3 cup
  12. Green chilli chopped 2 optional

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER RAVA UPMA 1 CUP, 4 HOURS SOAKED RICE 1 CUP
  2. OATS SOAKED IN HOT WATER 1 CUP
  3. ADD SALT TO TASTE, GINGER AND SOME WATER, GRIND SMOOTHLY
  4. TRANSFER THE BATTER INTO A VESSEL AND ADD SUFFICIENT WATER
  5. ADD CHOPPED ONION, FRENCH BEANS, CORIANDER LEAVES, GRATED COCONUT EACH 1/2 CUP
  6. MIX WELL
  7. GREASE HOT TAWA, POUR 2 LADDLE FULL OF BATTER, COVER AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES IN LOW-MEDIUM FLAME
  8. OPEN THE LID CHECK THE COOKNESS, SPRINKLE SOME OIL
  9. FLIP AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 4 MINUTES IN MEDIUM-LOW FLAME
  10. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
