Leftover Bread Gulab Jamun

Ingredients to make Leftover Bread Gulab Jamun

  • half cup leftovers bread crumbs
  • half cup milk powder
  • 1 tblspn flour
  • cardamom seeds 1 tspn
  • nokuldana few
  • cardamoms crushed 4
  • pistachios chopped 1tblspn
  • sugar 500 gms
  • ghee 1 tspn
  • rose essence few drops
  • oil/ ghee to fry

How to make Leftover Bread Gulab Jamun

  1. heat 250 ml water,add sugar to dissolve,add the ccardamom into this
  2. boil tilli get one string consistency, turn off flame, add rose essence keep aside with a lid
  3. now in a bowl add bread crumbs,milk powder,elaichi dana
  4. add 1 tspn of ghee,knead it. if requires,add few drops of milk
  5. knead it to a dough,then dust your palm with flour & make balls from them keeping a nakuldana and chopped ppistachios inside every balls
  6. heat white oil in kadai,deep fry the balls till get brown in color
  7. drop them in the warm sugar syrup.
  8. keep 1 hour to soak.
  9. serve warm

My Tip:

fry in ghee to get more delicious taste.
