ABOUT (Leftover)Adrakwali chai ki pudding RECIPE

Chai (tea) we have always drunk but here i share a recipe where you can eat chai(tea). So now you will know how to utilise that excess tea into a dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup water.
  2. 1 cup milk.
  3. 1 tbsp condensed milk.
  4. 1 tsp vanilla custard powder.
  5. 1 tsp tea powder.
  6. 1 to 1.5 tbsp grated ginger (as per taste).
  7. Chocolate shavings for garnish.

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan heat water. Add tea powder and ginger.
  2. Bring it to boil. This will bring all the ginger flavour into the water.
  3. Now add milk and bring to boil once again.
  4. Let it cool on room temperature for a while.
  5. In a seperate bowl take around 1 to 2 tsp of this strained chai.
  6. Take custard powder
  7. Mix both well making sure no lumps remain.
  8. Once again take a saucepan transfer the strained chai and custard mixture.
  9. At this moment also add the condensed milk.
  10. Stir continuously to avoid sticking at the bottom
  11. You will notice it getting thick. Switch off the gas.
  12. Transfer it into serving glasses. Let it cool down on room temperature.
  13. After 15 minutes place the glasses in the fridge for around 30 minutes.
  14. If you want it to be more chilled you can keep it little longer.
  15. Just before serving garnish with chocolate shavings.
  16. Serve immediately....!!!
