ABOUT Leftover rice roll RECIPE

Made this roll with leftover rice and few other ingredients. Actually this Chinese roll made of rice flour and few more ingredients . Cooking procedure is steaming and for 5 minutes. Stuffing may be any thing and serve with sauce. Less oil and very healthy .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice ( 150g )
  2. 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  3. 30g potato starch
  4. 15g tapioca flour
  5. Salt
  6. 2 eggs for stuffing
  7. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  8. 1/4 chopped spring onion
  9. Soya sauce, brown sugar, red chilly sauce and tomato sauce.

  2. Grind the rice with adding. Water.
  3. Mix other ingredients and salt with rice paste liquid and make thin consistency batter.
  4. Heat steamer and put a plate line with cloth and heat it. Then pour one ladle full of batter and spread it. Cover the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
  5. Take a plate greased with oil. Take out the steamed rice dosa cloth and flip it on the plate. Remove the cloth with the help of knife
  6. Put scrambled egg on the middle of rice dosa.
  7. And topped with carrot and spring onions.
  8. Fold it 1 and 2. Turn it cut the both side.
  9. Mix all the sauces and sugar with little water . Serve rice rolls with sauce.
