About Pavlova Recipe

Pavlova

Ingredients to make Pavlova

  • egg white 4nos.
  • Finely crushed sugar 280g
  • Vanilla essence 5ml
  • lemon juice 5ml
  • Corn flour 10g
  • cream of tarter 5g
  • For toppings:
  • Whipped cream
  • Frrsh fruits
  • mint leaves

How to make Pavlova

  1. Measure all the ingredients as per the recipe.
  2. Draw 6cm diameter circles on a butter paper and lay it on a greased tray.
  3. Start whipping the egg whites continuously and add cream of tartar.
  4. Keep whipping till it becomes stiff.
  5. Gradually add sugar little by little ( approximately 1tbst) and keep whipping.
  6. Keep whipping until thick and glossy.
  7. Gently fold the vanilla essence, lemon juice and corn flour.
  8. Spoon the mixture on the butter paper with circles that was laid on a greased tray.
  9. Push with back of the spoon in the center giving it a bend downward.
  10. Bake it for 45-50mnts.
  11. Cool it down and pipe the whipped cream on the bend and garnish with fruits and mint leaves.

My Tip:

Whipping should be continuously done.
