Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer (cottage cheese) cubes 2 cups
  2. Oil 1 tbsp
  3. Green chilli paste 1/2 tbsp
  4. finely chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup
  5. tomato puree 2 1/2 tbsp
  6. chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. coriander (dhania) powder 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Pav Bhajji masala 1 tsp
  9. dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick kadhai, add the green chilli paste and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  2. Add the tomatoes, tomato purée , chilli powder, coriander seeds powder, pav bhaji masala, dried fenugreek leaves and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once in between.
  3. Add the paneer cubes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add the lemon juice and mix well
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander sprig or Kasturi methi.
