Ingredients to make paneer dosa with leftover Idli batter

  • 2 Cup small rice
  • 1 cup Uddad daal
  • 1 packet Eno
  • one teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoon refined oil
  • 100 gram mashed paneer
  • one finely chopped onion
  • One finely chopped green chilli
  • 8 to 10 Kari Patta
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder

How to make paneer dosa with leftover Idli batter

  1. First of all switch on gas and put pan on gas put oil in it then onions.
  2. When onion start changing its texture then put a little salt turmeric powder, chilli powder and mashed Paneer with green chillies in it & mix them.
  3. Grind both rice and daal and place it covered by lid under Sun or in closed microwave. Use it after 1-2 hours when bubbles appear on it add little Eno or meetha Soda in it.
  4. Now put flat tawa on the high flame and when it become hot then clean it with a piece of onion and sprinkle few drops of oil and spread one small bowl of batter on it and spread it.
  5. When one side is cooked properly then put 3 tablespoon of paneer bhurji on it and roll it..
  6. Roll it and do same with others.

My Tip:

Follow the 2/1 rice& daal quantity . It will be v.crispy.
