Rice and pumpkin bhaji are made into a paste separately. They are sauted together in a pan till mixture thickens. Shaped into dumplings after cooling

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cooked rice 1/2 cup
  2. Pumpkin bhaji 1/4 cup
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. Amchur powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a blender make a paste of the rice and of pumpkin bhaji
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add in both the pastes
  3. Saute till it thickens. Add salt and amchur powder
  4. Once it cools, divide mixture into balls and shape them
