About Parantha Recipe

Parantha made up with left over residue received after making ghee out of malai, tastes yum

Parantha

Ingredients to make Parantha

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • salt and ajwain to taste
  • ghee to roast
  • malai residue....1 table spoon
  • salt and green chillies to taste

How to make Parantha

  1. Mix salt and green chillies to malai residue and keep aside
  2. Mix salt and ajwain in the wheat flour and knead a soft dough and keep aside for some time
  3. Take a ball from the dough and flatten it and keep stuffing in the middle, gather sides and again roll it with rolling pin
  4. Roast paratha using desi ghee until crisp on both sides
  5. Enjoy
