Ingredients to make Kurkure bhindi

  • Lady's finger/ okra/ bindi 1/2 kg
  • salt to taste
  • Chat masala / aam chur powder 3/4 tsp
  • Basan flour 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • oil for frying
  • red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp

How to make Kurkure bhindi

  1. Wash bindi / lady finger nicely and rub with kitchen towels to remove excess moisture. .
  2. Cut top and bottom of the veg. Slit in two r four it's depends on the size.
  3. Add salt red chilli aam chur powder mix with it hand to get nicely coated.
  4. Then add besan flour corn and rice flour and mix again. Let this marinated for 20 to 25 mins.
  5. Keep oil in a pan for deep fry it. Put very little at a time for not stick to each other. Fry until crisp and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oil place in a paper towel to remove excess oil. Enjoy your hot crispy kurkure bindi masale with hot cup of tea.
