It's very simple recipe for the one who loves to have South Indian breakfast that too non oily.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 8 normal sized Diced idli, 1/4th cup of chopped Carrot, 1/4th cup of chopped onion, 1 chopped green chilli, 1tsp olive oil, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4th tsp Hing, 1/2 tsp custard seeds, salt according to the taste.

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan with oil in it. Add Hing, custard and saute Now add onion and green chilli and saute for a minute Add carrot, idli, salt, red chilli powder and mix well Serve hot with some tomato sauce.
