Spring rolls that used with bread. Spring Rolls, a delicious delicacy from the Chinese Cuisine. Be it children or adults, everyone loves to eat Spring Rolls. Spring Rolls form the perfect starter for a get together or a night party. The recipe of Spring Rolls is also quite easy. A lot of times, it becomes very tiring to think of what to make for children during their snacks time. The Bread Spring Rolls is just the right option as it is quick and easy to make. For making Bread Spring Rolls, all the veggies are sauteed along with a lot of spices to make it flavor some. The bread is then rolled thinly and filled up with the vegetable stuffing. The bread is then rolled and sealed and fried till golden brown. The Bread Spring Rolls are ready to eat. The children absolutely love it. Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slices with edges trim ( one bread for one roll )
  2. Maida 2 spoon + water to make paste .
  3. Veggies : grated carrots, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion greens , purple cabbage all shredded nicely and keep a side .
  4. Salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
  6. Sugar 1/2 tsp (optional)
  7. Finely chopped garlic or paste 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil 1 tsp for saute
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pan add very little oil add garlic saute well add spring onion white part. Add al the veggies one by one mix well on a high flame .
  2. Add salt and pepper, sugar and mix well. Veggies need to be crunchy. Add soya sauce and mix well.
  3. Check the seasoning add according to it. Transfer to the plate let them cool for a while.
  4. Take a bread cut the edges. With the help of roll pin rolled it thinly. Take one full spoon of veggies and keep it the end of the bread .
  5. Apply maida paste to the all four corners of the bread roll it as tight as you can and seal it tightly with some more paste.
  6. Like that do it all the bread. Heat the oil on medium flame and fry the bread until you get nice golden brown colour and transfer them to the paper towel to remove excess oil from the bread.
  7. Transfer them to the serving plate enjoy with them ketchup ,spicy mayo , or with Chilli sauce with hot garam chai !!!
